Shipping of Goods

Shipping is charged according to the total weight of all items you order following the postage rates offered by Pos Malaysia. We also charge a minimal additional fee for packaging materials and handling. You can check the shipping fee of your order by viewing your shopping cart. There is a shipping calculator at the side panel which will show you the shipping fee for your order based on your location.

For orders less than 1kg of weight, there is only one shipping option, which is via Poslaju. For orders weighing more than 1kg, you have the choice of either choosing Poslaju shipping method or Normal Registered Post. Just select the shipping method option at check out.

We normally dispatch your order within 2 working days after receiving the payment for your order. We use Pos Malaysia for delivery. With Poslaju, you will normally receive your order in 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. If you choose Normal Registered Post as your shipping method, it normally takes 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

It is very much regretted that this online store only accept local orders. In order to make an order, it is required that the shipping address that you provide is within Malaysia.
