What is your return for a refund and exchange policy?
Product quality is our highest priority and we believe in sending our customers only quality products. However if you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the item you receive or the item received is not as described, please write to us within 7 days of receiving your item stating the reason for the return. Under normal circumstances, we will make a refund of the total price of the item once we receive the return item. Please note that postage and handling charges are not refundable. To qualify for a refund, the products returned must be in unused and unopened condition.
